Linux System Administrators Needed - LAMP - FreeBSD

Job Description Summary
Choopa SysAdmins deliver outstanding technical support to clients around the clock, around the globe.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Setup, customization, and maintenance of new and existing servers
- Client interaction via email, tickets, live chat and phone
- Troubleshooting reported issues and providing timely resolution
- Following up to ensure client satisfaction
- Making contributions to organizational knowledge base
- Collaboration with teammates

Desired Technical Qualifications
- 2+ years' admin experience in Linux or FreeBSD (experience with both is a plus)
- Can demonstrate understanding of the following concepts:
High Volume Server Application Architecture
On-Demand Storage
Content Distribution
Internet Security

- Has experience with the following applications
Apache
Sendmail
Qmail
Postfix
nginx
MySQL
Various *nix utilities
- Is familiar with shell scripting
- Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills/Personality Traits
- Highly organized
- Pays close attention to detail
- Possesses sound problem solving skills
- Able to conduct independent research and present solutions
