The company: provides employee and contractor screening programs, background verifications, compliance awareness and testing, access security credentialing, talent acquisition and tracking systems.E-VERIFILE.COM is an international organization serving the Railroad, pharmaceutical, Bio-medical, health-care, financial, transportation, and casino gaming industries.
The primary responsibilities of the QA Analyst is to participate in Requirements/Design reviews, develop test plans, test cases, execute tests, track defects, identify risks, and communicate status to ensure that the software meets specified business requirements and is ready to be deployed.

The QA Analyst will be required to champion the use of structured testing tools and process improvements.
Will work closely with the user, IT development team, Business Analysts and product development to review project requirements, develop test plans, create test data and identify expected results to thoroughly test the business requirements.

Qualifications:
 3 plus years of software quality assurance experience.
 Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
 Strong analytical skills, Ability to crate test plans and execute tests, track defects, and perform root cause analysis.
 Working knowledge of Software Change Management (CVS & SVN) software.
 Exemplary project management skills.
 Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
 Proven ability to manage multiple project priorities.
 Poses strong analytical skills.
 Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
 Proficient in testing multiple browsers running under various operating systems (IE, Firefox, Safari, Netscape, Opera, etc).
 Hands-on ability to create and execute moderate to complex SQL.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience.

Travel: May be required.
